**The Mission**
As Regional SHEQ Manager for Atlas Copco Specialty Rental South America, you will drive and coordinate our SHEQ and sustainability initiatives to further position ASR South America as a leading partner for our employees, customers, suppliers, and all relevant stakeholders for a sustainable future.
In this position you will be a key member of the management team to continuously drive and support our business growth ambitions, the Customer Center currently with 280+ employees and 8 locations with a tremendous appetite to further increase our presence across South America with the most innovative rental solutions.
In doing so, you contribute to securing the present and future success of our customers, enabling smarter use of natural resources, while improving both safety and quality of life.
**The Strategy**
- Lead the Customer Center towards a safer, better, and sustainable future for the business, customers, suppliers, and our society as whole.
- Inspire and further develop our Regional SHEQ team to reach their full potential and achieve new heights
- Ensure our processes and certifications are not only maintained but set a rhythm of continuous improvement maintaining our management system and ensuring compliance on our processes and procedures
- That our customers and stakeholders are blown away with our quality standards, both in terms of reliability and customer service
- Be a business partner supporting our operations and Country Managers to continuously strengthen our safety culture and encourage participation of all employees with their ideas and initiatives to continuously improve health and safety with a solid training development plan
- Drive and coordinate our 20+ sustainable initiatives to keep a pace of execution to reach our 2030 CO2 Targets paving the road to a greener carbon neutral world
**Health and Safety**
- You will lead the safety, health, and wellbeing culture (both in terms of behavior and processes) in the Specialty Rental Customer Center of South America
- Therefore, you will develop programs for Awareness, Execution, Audits and Continuous Improvement, together with the management team and in close cooperation with division and sister entities
**Sustainability**
Atlas Copco group and its business areas have signed up to science-based targets in our own operations and value chain
- Together with the management team you will drive and execute projects team to ensure carbon emission reductions (both in our own operations and in the value chain) supporting the divisional targets and initiatives
- Set up, support, and follow up the correct reporting in sustainability KPI (for example but not limited to energy consumption, transport CO2, water consumption, waste, business travel CO2 and company vehicles CO2) to be compliant with the Atlas Copco group
- Develop, together with the marketing team, tools to promote Atlas Copco Specialty Rental as the perfect partner for all our customers who want to strive for a carbon free world.

- Together with the operations team you will drive and execute projects to drive customer excellence through state-of-the-art quality processes and innovative tools for commissioning, decommissioning, guaranteeing uptime, best-in-class service & repair and attractive aesthetics of our fleet
- Together with the sales and marketing team you will drive Customer Excellence projects to ensure right information is available at the right time at the right place
**Management System and Certification**
- Ensure that processes needed for the South America Specialty Rental management system are established, implemented, and maintained.
You are the Management System owner
- Ensure that the SHEQ policies and procedures are followed and documented
- Report to Management team on the performance of the Management System, SHEQ related topics
- You are responsible for the triple certification (ISO9001/14001/45001)
- Perform internal audits and coordinate with external ISO audits, including the monitoring and handling of findings
- Ensure local compliance to legal requirements
