About the Role:As a Technical Support Engineer, you will collaborate with leading organizations and startups to leverage data analytics capabilities.
Our team is closely aligned with our Product and Engineering teams through a robust Subject Matter Expert program.Key Responsibilities:Investigate technical issues and diagnose root causes in Linux and Windows serversDevelop, design, and propose solutions to meet technological and business needs of customersManage critical issues impacting customer's businessWork with R&D and Product teams to meet customer requirements and enhance our productPresentation complex technical information about the product to customersContribute to the creation and maintenance of our knowledge-based resourcesMain Skills and Qualifications:Experience supporting complex product infrastructure and applicationsExpertise in troubleshooting web applicationsFamiliarity with databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle etc, and basic SQL scripting skillsProficiency with ETL and BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Talend, SSRS, BusinessObjects, Cognos etc or ability to write and understand complex formulasExperience working with logs, and various monitoring tools such as Grafana, New Relic, KibanaFamiliarity with Linux operating systemAbility to communicate effectively with English-speaking customersBenefits and Opportunities:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of our clients.
