About the Role We are looking for a Delivery Optimization Manager to improve and operate Keeta's delivery dispatch scenarios. You will work on supply-demand matching, delivery area design, route planning, and more, all with the goal of increasing delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction, while driving order growth.This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop strategic operation plans and business optimizations.What You'll Do Optimize delivery scheduling processes including supply-demand matching, delivery area planning, and route optimization;Proactively use analytical methods combined with business insights to propose innovative optimization plans — including strategic operations, product improvements, and business model enhancements;Monitor and evaluate existing scheduling strategies, track key performance indicators, and empower local teams to execute efficiently.What We're Looking For Experience in strategic product development or operations in delivery solutions, online e-commerce, O2 O, or related fields is preferred;Strong project management and cross-department collaboration skills with the ability to lead projects from planning to execution;Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency with data tools to identify challenges and propose solutions;Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills;Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods.Why Join Us Tackle complex and challenging work that will accelerate your professional growth;Be part of a fast-growing company with plenty of room to expand your skills and career;Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, innovative environment.Ready to jump in?
