OverviewJoin or sign in to find your next job.We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT at Ledn.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.Ledn offers a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Our team is passionate, diverse, and focused on using digital assets to democratize the global economy.The role is customer-facing and involves owning the first line of IT support, provisioning equipment, onboarding/offboarding, and contributing to the design and management of a cloud-first corporate IT infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesBe the first line of support for employees via Slack, Jira, and other channels; own the support experience and ensure high quality service.Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding for new employees and retrieval for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Own and improve identity and access management (IDP/SSO) configurations (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate repetitive tasks; respond to and resolve critical incidents.Manage projects across sprints using agile methods (Jira) and align objectives with team and company goals.Collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholders across Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.Own and contribute to improvements in IT practices, security-first operations, and cloud infrastructure.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows in Okta; strong API integration between systems.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; ability to ship and receive hardware and manage customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and OSI model; troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.Self-management with the ability to scope projects, prioritize, and work across multiple teams.Nice to have: familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line tooling; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: adaptable, resilient, collaborative leader who thrives in startup/tech environments and upholds Ledn values.What Ledn ProvidesComprehensive total rewards package and competitive PTO; ownership through equity participation.Remote-friendly policy allowing remote work anywhere in the world up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).A purpose-driven career in a globally distributed company.Commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunity; accommodation requests are handled confidentially.Additional InformationLedn is a global, remote-first organization with teams in North America, Latin America, South Africa and Europe.We may require candidates to complete a short video response as part of the selection process.No agencies or recruiters please.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.Location: Cachoeirinha, Rio Grande do Sul, BrazilEqual OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity and inclusion.#J-*****-Ljbffr
