Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Through our products & services, we can make a difference in the lives and futures of our clients.Our team at Ledn is a passionate group of individuals from diverse backgrounds.The core values that guide us are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial servicesNote: This posting reflects the opportunity to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.OverviewThe Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate wears many hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is committed to helping end users who need assistance.What You Will DoParticipate in the design, implementation and management of Ledn's growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.Be a highly motivated, dependable technologist who collaborates with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR).Own customer-facing support and provide an outstanding experience to employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools; support macOS in an enterprise environment.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding for new employees and offboarding for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management (MDM/EMM).Own improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta); detail solutions, craft help articles and automate routine tasks.Manage incidents end-to-end and prioritize help desk tickets; work on projects across sprints using Jira and agile methods.Set and pursue personal objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; use open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; working with APIs to integrate systems.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; shipping and receiving hardware and knowledge of customs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong security mindset, familiarity with PGP, and understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching).Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and coordinate across multiple teams.Nice to Have / Culture FitSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Leadership mindset suited to startup/tech environments; adaptability, resilience, and appetite for ambiguity.Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating across functions with empathy and clarity.Benefits & EnvironmentComprehensive, best-in-class total rewards package that starts on your first day, including a competitive PTO package.Ownership in the company via equity; opportunity to work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).A purpose-driven career with a global, remote-first culture; Ledn is an equal opportunity employer that values inclusivity and diversity.Additional InformationYou may reach out to the Ledn team for accommodation requests throughout all stages of the recruitment process.Requests will be addressed confidentially.Ledn's team is global, with remote-first operations across North America, Latin America, South Africa and Europe.Due to high application volume, only qualified applicants will be contacted.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response; public social media review may occur relevant to the role.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes and are not responsible for related fees.#J-*****-Ljbffr
