Location:Atlanta, GARegional In-Home Sales Manageris responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of field-based sales representatives who meet with homeowners in person to provide solutions, present proposals, and close business.This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with experience managing high-performing sales teams in a consumer-focused, home-improvement environment.You'll own revenue performance for the region, ensure best-in-class customer experience, and help strengthen Southern Exteriors' brand presence and market share.Position ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, train, and mentor in-home sales representativesConduct field ride-alongs, performance reviews, and skills coachingEstablish clear sales targets and drive accountability toward quota achievementSales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to increase close rates and revenue growthTrack KPIs, conversion metrics, and pipeline performance to identify trends and opportunitiesEnsure consistent use of sales scripts, presentations, and CRM processes across the teamCustomer ExperienceEnsure every appointment reflects Southern Exteriors' values and brand reputationSupport escalated customer concerns and assist in problem resolution when neededOperational ExcellenceOversee scheduling, routing, and territory assignments for maximum efficiencyEnsure CRM accuracy and timely reporting of sales activity and forecastMaintain compliance with pricing, policies, safety standards, and legal requirementsCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with marketing on lead quality and pipeline flowPartner with operations, installation, and Operations to ensure seamless job fulfillmentCommunicate field insights to leadership to support product, pricing, and process improvementsPosition Requirements3+ years of sales leadership experience (in-home, home improvement, B2C field sales strongly preferred)Proven track record of leading a quota-carrying sales team to exceed revenue goalsStrong coaching skills with ability to develop both new and seasoned repsExperience using CRM platforms, sales reporting dashboards, and performance metricsExcellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skillsMust have valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally as needed (approx. *****%)Compensation & Benefits$100,000 – $200,000+ Total Compensation (Base + Performance Bonus)Company VehiclePaid time off + paid holidaysCareer growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding organization#J-*****-Ljbffr
