**Job Summary**: This is a high-impact migration project transitioning from a legacy business intelligence system to Tableau Cloud, expected to wrap in 4–6 weeks.The legacy system will be decommissioned before year-end.Must-Haves:3–6 years of experience with Tableau CloudExperience with multi-site and multi-bridge Tableau environmentsStrong Tableau Desktop skillsAutomation experience (Python, Tableau CLI)Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skillsServiceNow experience for live troubleshooting and ticket resolutionBackground in help desk or solutioning environmentsNice-to-Haves:Experience with user provisioning via AzureReporting or development background (not required but beneficial)About the Role:This position will lead and support Tableau Cloud migration efforts across multiple sites and bridges, interface directly with internal stakeholders to resolve access issues and troubleshoot live via ServiceNow.Key responsibilities include assisting with ticket resolution for non-report owners needing activation or access, contributing to automation efforts using Python and Tableau command line tools, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and provisioning, and helping reduce reliance on ticketing responsibilities by improving self-service and automation.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
