Business Development Representative Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to expand our sales reach.As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and closing sales for clients.Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels and databases.Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to qualify leads.Sales Presentations: Deliver product or services demos and presentations to prospects via video calls and phone.CRM Management: Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.Pipeline Management: Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales metrics.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to optimize sales processes.This is a remote job opportunity that requires excellent communication skills, a self-motivated mindset, and the ability to work independently.If you have experience in B2B/B2C sales processes and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, we encourage you to apply.Requirements:1+ years of related sales experience and/or a related degree.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Experience with B2B or B2C sales processes.Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet connection.Must be at least 21 years old.Software and Tools:CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) Sales NavigatorWhatsApp BusinessSales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)AI tools (flexible)Open to other tools as neededLanguages:English mandatory (C1 level)Spanish mandatory
