**Position Overview**:
At Casumo, compliance isn't just about following rules - it's about protecting our players and building trust.
We're looking for an _AML Officer_ to strengthen our compliance team, ensuring we stay ahead of potential compliance risks whilst keeping the player experience safe and seamless.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor transactions and report suspicious activity in line with regulations.
- Handle regulatory reporting and liaise with law enforcement and regulators.
- Support audits, reviews, and internal investigations.
- Conduct customer profiling and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
- Spot financial crime trends and recommend risk-mitigation measures.
- Help shape AML, fraud, and risk policies and procedures.
- Stay on top of regulatory changes and lead updates internally.
- Manage SARs and escalations with clear reports and recommendations.
- Deliver training and promote a culture of compliance.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years' AML or financial crime investigation experience.
- Solid background in transaction monitoring, due diligence, and reporting.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry (must-have).
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations and financial crime trends.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and investigative skills.
- Confident working across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Experience in the **Ontario iGaming market** is a plus.
