**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures through comprehensive compliance monitoring and support. This role involves conducting compliance testing, providing day-to-day regulatory support, and collaborating with various teams to maintain high standards of compliance across all activities. The Compliance Officer will work closely with the colleagues and other teams on licensing and due diligence projects, and ensure that all sub-contracted, outsourced, subsidiaries, and partners meet compliance requirements

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct the testing for the Compliance Monitoring Programme (“CMP”) designed to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policy and procedure requirements and best practice.
- Ensure all regulatory reporting is submitted on time.
- Provide day to day support to the business on any issues or queries around compliance and regulation.
- Work closely with the colleagues and other teams on all licensing administration and due diligence projects.
- Ensure that sub-contracted, outsourced, subsidiaries and partners are maintaining the highest standards for all compliance related activities and if not, ensure that immediate corrective action is put in place.
- Work closely with the AML, Marketing Compliance, Data Protection and Social Responsibility teams._- The above duties outline the employee's primary responsibilities but are not exhaustive. Additional related tasks may be assigned by the manager to meet business needs and ensure continuity._

**Requirements**:

- Previous understanding of Compliance, Responsible Gambling, Customer Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering, preferably within the gambling industry.
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Quick learner and ability to take on board added responsibility.
- Excellent report writing skills.
