Job Title: IT Support ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to join our team.As an IT Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.You will also develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures and processes.The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in IT support.Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems is required.Main Responsibilities:Provide level 2 technical support for software and hardware issues.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.At least 3 years of experience in IT support.Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
