We are looking for a remote Technical Recruiter based in Latin America with 2 to 5 years of experience and excellent English skills, who has a keen eye for detail and a knack for finding ways to get it done.We are a growth-stage company that works fast and smart.We want ambitious people who want to grow their skills.At Velozient, you will feel your contribution daily to the success of the teamWe are not a huge company where you will get lost in the mix or stuck in a role.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the Talent Pipeline and candidate engagement.Conduct 1:1 interviews with qualified candidates.Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.Screen all the candidates and evaluate their fit for the opening.Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance the overall recruitment experience.Proactively conduct the full life cycle of identifying, engaging, and evaluating top candidates.Collaborate with internal Resource Managers to ensure Velozient meets and exceeds client hiring goals, budgets, and performance standards.Assure accurate/timely issuance of offer letters and clean/effective transition of candidates to the onboarding team.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCEREQUIRED (Must Have):Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruiting, with at least two years in Technical Recruitment.Proficiency in using social media platforms for networking purposes.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.Familiarity with ApplicantTracking Systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.Preferred (But not required):University degreePrior work for another North American-based companyPrior experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage, entrepreneurial companyWhat YOU GetEnjoy a fun, fast-growing entrepreneurial company and work with innovative and creative peopleBe part of a highly collaborative learning culture - share knowledge, be inclusive, learn, and grow together.Embrace teamworkKnowing your ideas are heard and matter - Think bigMaking mistakes is human - let's learn from them -be transparentWe recognize you as an individual - no presumptions or judgment15 days Paid Time Off (PTO), designated national holidays, three sick leave days, and one floating day annually
