As a Virtual TeleSales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients secure their financial futures while enjoying the freedom of a fully remote career.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients via virtual meetings to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or multi-level marketing warm leads are provided.
Complete self-paced training to obtain your life insurance license (if not already licensed).
Deliver outstanding customer service and provide ongoing policy support.
Work independently with discipline and focus to achieve personal and team goals.
Uphold the highest standards of honesty, professionalism, and client-first service.
Qualifications:
No prior insurance experience required comprehensive training and resources provided.
Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-driven.
Comfortable working 100% remotely with a flexible schedule.
