Financial Operations Specialist

As a finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's day-to-day operations.
You will be responsible for compiling comprehensive financial reports and executing transactional tasks.Key responsibilities:Conduct research and gather documentation to support operational reports and transactional tasks.Collaborate with financial institutions, international agencies, or government officials to facilitate business operations.Support vendor and client registration, purchasing, and accounts payable processes.Update records in the company system to ensure data accuracy.Assist in implementing department programs, projects, and processes.Prepare monthly financial reports to provide stakeholders with timely insights.Monitor due dates and compliance with tax returns and legal requirements.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of finance experience.Proficiency with web-based tools and applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues and clients.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build relationships and communicate ideas.Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with proven organizational skills.Advanced English language proficiency is required.Benefits include flexibility, competitive compensation, cutting-edge technology, autonomous workflow, well-being initiatives, diversity and inclusion, collaboration opportunities, and career development programs.
