Additionally, they will maintain detailed records of all virtual asset activities, collect and organize data for regulatory reporting, and monitor tax and foreign exchange compliance risks. ? This role involves handling foreign exchange filings and reports for cross-border crypto transactions, assisting in interpreting local regulatory developments, and aligning operational processes accordingly. ? The professional will provide financial and operational insights to support management in budgeting and strategic planning. ? To excel in this position, candidates must have 3+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, or crypto-related back-office roles. ? A solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, and operational risk is essential. ? Familiarity with Brazilian financial reporting and tax compliance is also required. ? Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail are crucial. ? Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory, and proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin is a plus. ? Requirements: 3+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, or crypto-related back-office roles. ? Solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, and operational risk. ? Familiarity with Brazilian financial reporting (SPED, Receita Federal, Central Bank) and tax compliance. ?
