Document Extraction SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Document Extraction Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our automation and digital transformation projects, you will be responsible for designing and implementing document extraction solutions.Define extraction feasibility and development effort based on document requirements and business analysis.Design and architect IDP solutions, including document classification, labeling strategies, extraction rules, NLP/ML models, and workflow design.Build and manage workflows, including validation and human-in-the-loop activities.Conduct testing, performance evaluation, and quality assurance of extraction models.Fine-tune classifiers, rules, and ML models to improve accuracy and meet KPIs.Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.Key Requirements:Hands-on experience delivering IDP projects end-to-end.Strong knowledge of document extraction techniques, including extraction rules, NLP, and deep learning.Experience with IDP solutions design, architecture, and workflow definition.Familiarity with IDP tools such as UiPath Document Understanding, Kofax/Tungsten, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, Microsoft AI Builder/Document Intelligence.Experience with ABBYY Vantage/FlexiCapture is highly desirable.Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration.Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our company in the Latin American market.
