Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Growth Strategist to lead our sales efforts and drive business expansion in the Fintech, BFSI, BPO, or Government sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and engage enterprise clients, driving market expansion and achieving revenue targets through personal enterprise sales network and industry events.Act as an independent sales hunter with consultative selling techniques to work with prospects and understand their business needs.Maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, building trust and credibility to secure new business opportunities.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless project execution.Operational ExcellenceMaintain administrative rigor by submitting timely sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.RequirementsSkills and QualificationsPrior experience in SaaS / enterprise application software / solution selling / cloud computing is essential.A proven track record of servicing clients in the Banking / Fintech / Financial Services / Insurance / Telco / Healthcare sectors.Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Portuguese a plus, and Mandarin speaking highly valued.
