Transformative AI RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Applied AI Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge, production-grade AI systems.This is a unique opportunity to own the agentic and generative AI strategy within our organization.As our in-house expert, you will design and build systems that integrate large language models into our analytics platform, laying the groundwork for a next-generation AI-powered customer experience.You will deliver meaningful impact and have full visibility from day one.Design and develop production-grade AI systems, from prompt design and model selection through to orchestration and deployment.Fine-tune and integrate third-party models into our platform and customer workflows.Develop and maintain pipelines, tools, and infrastructure to deliver reliable and scalable AI features.Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy and monitor AI services in production.Establish best practices for AI evaluation, safety, and continuous improvement.Help define our AI technical strategy and roadmap.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong experience designing, building, and productionizing AI-driven or agentic systems.Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, context management, and prompt engineering.Experience with cloud environments and monitoring or evaluating deployed AI services.Experience working with APIs and SDKs from leading model providers.Proficiency in Python and familiarity with backend integration workflows.Comfort working in small, fast-moving teams with limited technical oversight.Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.BenefitsThe opportunity to define and build the AI foundation of a fast-growing startup.Competitive compensation.A fully remote work model with the opportunity to occasionally collaborate in person.A fast-moving, engaging environment with a team that values both ambition and fun.OthersA fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.The opportunity to make a huge impact in an early-stage company defining a new category in financial technology.Two weeks of paid vacation per year.Ten paid days for local holidays.
