This role requires strong collaboration with Global Franchises to ensure strategies and financial targets are aligned and cascaded down to the region.
The position reports to the MT Regional Finance Director and leads a team of finance professionals across the region.
It also involves participation in Franchise Leadership teams within LATAM.Primary Responsibilities IncludeManage and provide strategic direction to the Franchise Finance Leads supporting the three key businesses of the Region.Establish frameworks and processes for evaluating New Product Launches, ensuring profitability and appropriate return on investment.Partner with key leaders to improve profitability through customer segmentation, portfolio optimization, SKU rationalization, and leading the Innovation Day Agenda during Financial Forecast cycles.Collaborate with Franchise and Cluster Leadership to integrate acquisitions, accelerate innovation, and pursue new business models to expand patient access.QualificationsFluent in EnglishAt least 3 to 5 years' experience in a managerial role with supervisory responsibilitiesBachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferredExperience in strategic support, financial planning, and analytics within Business UnitsExcellent analytical, conceptual, interpersonal, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to work independently, influence decision-making, think creatively, and work across teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead process or strategic improvementsLocation options: São Paulo or ColombiaUp to 10% travel may be requiredAdditional DetailsSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Health Care ProviderIndustries: Hospitals and HealthcareReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Johnson & Johnson MedTech by 2x.NoteSign in to set job alerts for "Medical Technician" roles.
