Study the business segments, geographical layout, financial strength, and strategic play of the world's leading food delivery players, form a clear judgment on the global food delivery industry landscape and competitive situation, and propose effective development strategies and competitive strategies based on this judgment to support Keeta management's major decisions on resource allocation, organizational structure, capital operation, etc.2. Participate in desk research, field research, and strategy formulation for Keeta's expansion into new countries, explore and evaluate the feasibility and implementation path of the company's strategic expansion into new regions, and combine facts and analysis to provide objective judgments on the industry, competition, and operational difficulties in specific countries to assist Keeta management in making decisions;3. Understand the catering and food delivery industries, gain insight into the laws of industry development, keep close track of new opportunities and new models in related areas such as instant retail and catering SaaS, explore and evaluate the feasibility and implementation paths of new strategic directions to assist Keeta management in making decisions and assist in business implementation.Job Responsibilities:4.
