Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a realityThe OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Lead - Brazil, driving the commercial success of the business in Brazil, supporting the launch, and overseeing the scaling, market adaptation, and ongoing business management. Reporting to VP International, this role takes full P&L responsibility for the market, delivers localised commercial strategies, and leads execution across functional teams to achieve rapid growth.What you'll doOversee P&L for all international markets, driving profitable growth underpinned by strong unit economicsSet, track, and deliver on key financial and operational targets, embedding a culture of rapid testing and relentless performance improvementDetailed understanding of market dynamics, understanding unit economics for launches and profitability requirements.Monitor core KPIs and drive performance improvements across the P&L, considering product, pricing, growth, cost to servePartner with global operational leaders to ensure each market delivers a best-in-class service and fulfilment experience, while identifying efficiency opportunities and ensuring cost-to-serve targets are met to support commercial sustainabilityLead go-to-market adaptation, ensuring regulatory compliance, localisation of products/services, and proposition adjustment to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders in BrazilMonitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities within the healthcare sector, informing strategy adjustments and business development effortsDevelop and execute a bold commercial growth strategy for Brazil that are aligned with global objectives, leveraging market insights, local trends, and a growth-hacking mindset to achieve rapid traction and sustainable market shareOversee pricing, discounting and monetisation, and partner with Growth Marketing and Product to optimise acquisition and retention strategies in BrazilBring market expertise, and input into all aspects of launching in Brazil, including detailed market understanding on telemedicine market, regulatory environment, licensing, prescribingSupport securing all necessary regulatory approvals, business licences and commercial partnerships (e.g., pharmacies, prescribers, distributors, fulfilment partners)Make business recommendations on scope adjustments to strike the right balance between long-term growth objectives and speed to marketEngage and align with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure shared vision, clear goals and accountability pre, during and post go liveAct as the internal champion for Brazil market opportunities, ensuring teams across the business are aligned, engaged, and energisedCollaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure the best-in-class customer experience and operational efficiency, balancing local needs and global standardsRepresent the company externally, acting as a visible leader and advocate in Brazil for partners, government authorities, and the broader industryWhat you'll bring to HeliosXProven track record of launching, scaling, and managing business operations in Brazil, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related sectors.Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience owning P&L and delivering revenue growth.Experience in regulatory management, market adaptation, and partnership development within Brazil.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders.Excellent analytical, strategic, and project management skills in high-growth environments.Fluent in Portuguese and English; outstanding written and verbal communication.Familiarity with digital health, D2C models, or regulated service business is an advantage.Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to build and inspire teams.Willingness to travel within Brazil and internationally as needed for business requirementsLife at HeliosXAt HeliosX, we're building the future of healthcare.
