We\u2019re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager ready to build something from the ground up.
You will have the opportunity to build a Revenue Operations function from scratch at a fast-growing SaaS company shaping strategy, owning systems, and driving impact across the entire go-to-market engine.
You\u2019ll be the architect of our entire revenue process, from the moment a prospect first engages with marketing to when they become a thriving, expanding customer.

Responsibilities
Strategic Revenue Planning & Analysis
Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, quota planning, and territory assignments
Create comprehensive revenue reporting and dashboards for executive leadership
Analyze revenue trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategic initiatives
Partner with leadership to set revenue targets and KPIs across all customer-facing teams
Process Design & Optimization
Design and implement standardized lead-to-cash processes across marketing, sales, and customer success
Create stage exit criteria, qualification frameworks, and handoff protocols between departments
Continuously optimize conversion rates, cycle times, and process efficiency
Establish and maintain revenue recognition processes and compliance
Technology Stack Management
Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM implementation, including custom objects, workflows, and reporting
Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools to enhance productivity and data accuracy
Manage data flows between marketing automation, CRM, billing, and customer success platforms
Ensure system scalability to support rapid business growth
Data Governance & Analytics
Implement data quality standards, governance policies, and regular audit processes
Resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency across all revenue-related systems
Create automated reporting and alerting for key revenue metrics and pipeline health
Develop advanced analytics, including cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and predictive insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Foster alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams around shared revenue goals
Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and revenue outcomes
Train teams on process changes, new tools, and data best practices
Facilitate regular pipeline reviews and revenue planning meetings
Performance Optimization
Design and maintain lead scoring models and territory routing logic
Analyze sales performance by rep, territory, and segment to identify coaching opportunities
Optimize marketing-to-sales handoffs and lead qualification processes
Monitor and improve customer health scoring and expansion opportunity identification
Strategic Projects & Innovation
Lead special projects related to revenue growth, process automation, and system integrations
Stay current on industry trends and implement best practices in revenue operations
Explore and pilot AI/ML applications for forecasting, lead scoring, and process automation
Support M&A activities with data analysis and system integration planning
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 4 years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops
Experience in SaaS software companies
Proficiency with HubSpot, Excel, Google Sheets, and general office suite tools
Nice to have
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
CPQ tools experience
Background in sales or marketing
Experience in the logistics software industry
Familiarity with leveraging AI in RevOps or Sales Ops processes
