Your challenge at Yuno: ResponsibilitiesBuild and implement core Revenue Operations processes, tools, and frameworks from the ground up, ensuring they scale with growthPartner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align the full revenue funnel — handoffs, KPIs, and data governanceCreate dashboards, reporting routines, and performance metrics to drive visibility and decision-makingOwn our commercial tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong), ensuring setup, integration, and adoptionLead forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, and quota-setting with leadershipHire, lead, and develop a high-performing RevOps teamSet up scalable onboarding, enablement, and change management processes in partnership with Enablement and PeopleSpot and solve bottlenecks across the revenue journey with urgency and structureWork closely with CRO, GTM leads, and founders to evolve our revenue engineQualificationsFluent in English is mandatory; Portuguese or Spanish Advanced is a huge plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field5+ years of experience in sales operations or operational support roles, preferably within a sales environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) and design tools (e.g., Canva) to create professional sales materialsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and supportFamiliarity with the Latin America market and cultural nuancesWhat we offer at YunoCompetitive CompensationRemote work - You can work from everywhere
