Overview(.NET Core MVC) L2 Technical Support Consultant (Brazil) – Join a multicultural, multilingual team in a fully remote role.What you will doAnswer support calls and document new issues or requests in the feedback logAttend the daily morning meeting with developers to stay informed about app changesAssist testing of items released to the test environment, document bugs or defects, and report back to the developerMonitor the feedback log within applications for new feedback each dayReproduce reported bugs or issues, documenting steps to reproduce in the feedback logAssist in preparing requirements for enhancements after management discussionsCommunicate with developers and other IT teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issuesWhat you need to succeed in this roleExcellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)Over 2 years of experience in .
