Sales Manager – Wearables & Audio (Consumer Market) We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong experience in the consumer market to lead the expansion of our wearables and audio product categories.This role plays a key part in driving offline sales growth, developing commercial strategies, and building efficient and competitive distribution channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the development and growth of wearables and audio products in the consumer market.Develop, execute, and optimize commercial strategies for offline channels.Plan and expand sales channels, identifying market opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.Build, manage, and motivate high-performance sales teams.Design, improve, and adapt business processes using digital tools and systematic solutions.Identify operational and commercial risks, proposing action plans to ensure business targets are met.Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and business partners.RequirementsExperience in electronic fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales.Knowledge in project management and consumer sales management.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong channel planning and expansion capabilities, with deep insight into market dynamics, competition, and channel ecosystems.Excellent leadership and organizational development skills to build efficient and competitive sales structures.Ability to design and optimize processes, leveraging digital tools to enhance business execution.Strong risk management skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and drive results.#J-*****-Ljbffr
