Sales Manager
for the office in Sao Paulo, Brazil (on-site job).
We continue to strengthen our presence in the consumer market and are looking for a
Sales Manager
to drive ISP channel expansion and business growth in Brazil.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong channel management experience and a strategic mindset to build competitive sales models.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Drive ISP expansion in the consumer market.
- Develop and execute channel planning and expansion strategies.
- Analyze market dynamics, competition, and channel ecosystems to build competitive channel models.
- Lead, manage, and empower the channel sales organization.
- Design, optimize, and adapt sales processes using digital tools and systematic solutions.
- Identify and manage business risks, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum
3 year of experience
in
fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) channel sales
. - Strong knowledge of
consumer sales management
and
project management
. - Proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
. - Fluent English
.
