Job Description
**Responsabilidades**:
- Implementar, gerenciar e manter os sistemas de gestão da qualidade (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, entre outros aplicáveis);
- Realizar auditorias internas e acompanhar auditorias externas, garantindo a conformidade com os requisitos normativos e legais;
- Desenvolver, revisar e atualizar documentos, como políticas, procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e registros relacionados ao sistema de gestão;
- Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da qualidade, analisando resultados e propondo ações de melhoria;
- Promover treinamentos e workshops relacionados à qualidade e normas ISO para os colaboradores;
- Gerenciar e analisar não conformidades, realizando investigações de causas e propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;
- Apoiar as áreas na padronização de processos e na resolução de problemas relacionados à qualidade;
- Elaborar e apresentar relatórios sobre o desempenho do sistema de gestão da qualidade para a alta liderança;
- Garantir a disseminação da cultura da qualidade e melhoria contínua em toda a organização.
Requisitos
- Formação: Graduação em Engenharia, Administração, ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência: Experiência prévia com sistemas de gestão da qualidade e normas ISO;
- Conhecimentos Técnicos: Certificação em auditoria interna de ISO 9001 (ou outras normas aplicáveis) será um diferencial;
- Habilidades: Forte capacidade analítica, organização, comunicação e trabalho em equipe.
