System Support SpecialistAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to clients on the Murex 3.1 platform.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating with business and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and verify requirementsAnalysing and making recommendations based on related Murex implementation experienceFollowing client SDLC lifecycle and documentation requirementsSupporting IT and business audits and technology risk assessmentsDeveloping and testing database and infrastructure changesPerforming technical reviews of production changesWriting clear and concise documentation of issues and resolution in ConfluenceMaintaining and enhancing the Control-M scheduling tool for intraday and end-of-day batchesYou will also work closely with business users across the bank to diagnose and resolve business-critical issues, and provide detailed information about issues to vendors.To succeed in this role, you will need:Minimum 2 years' experience with Murex in a support capacityStrong technical capabilitySolid understanding of data martThis is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a System Support Specialist.
