At the heart of every successful project lies a well-designed residential space.The RoleCreate and refine construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents that meet or exceed client expectationsDevelop innovative building designs that balance function, aesthetics, and compliance with industry standardsCollaborate with clients and builders to bring projects from concept to reality through open communication and timely feedbackInterpret and apply relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and design requirements (training will be provided)Work collaboratively with the team to solve complex design challenges creatively and efficientlyWithin 3 months: Rapidly adapt to local codes and standards (with training support)Deliver high-quality plans and drawings with guidance from senior team membersWithin 6 months: Independently lead aspects of design projects and contribute to project growthConfidently produce client-ready documents and presentationsWithin 12 months: Own a portfolio of successfully completed residential design projectsTake leadership on new design initiatives as part of the founding team
