We specialize in crafting thoughtfully designed residential spaces, from custom homes to multi-unit developments.Whether it's a tailored home or an apartment complex, we bring expertise in planning, aesthetics, and compliance to every project.Our role isn't typical - you'll be part of a small, close-knit team where every contribution matters.As a Residential Architect, you will:Create and refine construction drawings and technical documentsDevelop building designs that balance function, aesthetics, and complianceWork with clients and builders' feedback to bring projects from concept to realityInterpret and apply local building codes and design requirementsCollaborate with the team to solve design challenges creatively and efficientlyYou'll work with top builders and developers, and a passionate team shaping our early culture.Success looks like:Within 3 months: Ramp up on local codes and standards, Deliver high-quality plans and drawings with guidanceWithin 6 months: Independently lead parts of design projects, Confidently produce client-ready documents and presentationsWithin 12 months: Own a portfolio of completed projects, Take leadership on new design initiatives as part of the founding teamCareer growth opportunities include Lead Architect and Head of Architecture.We offer remote work, creative freedom, and a founding team opportunity with leadership potential.
