Our team is seeking a talented Residential Architect to join our close-knit founding team.As a key member of our design function, you will be responsible for creating and refining construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision.You will work closely with our leadership team and external partners to bring residential building designs from concept to reality.Create and refine construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.Develop residential building designs that balance function, aesthetics, and compliance.Collaborate with the team to solve design challenges creatively and efficiently.To succeed in this role, you will need experience in architecture, planning, or technical design, specifically in apartment buildings.You should be skilled in producing technical documents and construction plans, have a strong understanding of building codes and construction practices, and be able to communicate effectively in English.You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality plans and drawings.Your success will be measured by your ability to ramp up on local codes and standards within 3 months, deliver client-ready documents and presentations within 6 months, and take leadership on new design initiatives within 12 months.Career growth opportunities may include leading projects end-to-end, heading the design function, and other roles based on your performance and interest.We offer competitive rates, remote work, creative freedom, and more.
