HTD is building a new team in Buenos Aires, and we're looking for a proactive, passionate IT Recruitment Specialist to join us on this exciting journey.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to meet HTD's internal hiring needs.
Hunt for top talent using direct search and other creative sourcing channels.
Keep your finger on the pulse of the labor market trends to stay ahead of the game.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression.
Drive improvements and streamline processes to support our recruitment team.
Build HTD's brand awareness and create a positive image among candidates.
Collaborate with our People Operations team on exciting joint projects.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in recruitment, in the IT industry.
Solid understanding of the IT sector and its unique talent needs.
Strong time management and prioritization skills to juggle multiple tasks.
A proactive, engaged approach and a sense of ownership for your projects.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Creativity and openness to tackle new challenges and embrace new experiences.
Independence and initiative to drive results on your own.
Communicative English (B2+ or higher) to collaborate with our global team.
Exceptional communication skills to connect with candidates and stakeholders.
Bonus points: Experience recruiting for the U.S. market is a big plus
