Lead Software Architect Position">At our organization, we value autonomy, open communication, and respect for diversity.Our team members and management connect through engaging activities like coffee breaks, tech talks, and games.Our People Care team supports you with everything from time-off requests to wellness check-ins.We have a smooth Accounts Management system in place to ensure client relationships are maintained effectively.This allows you to focus on what you do best.You'll enjoy competitive remuneration, 100% remote work, paid time off, national holidays celebrated, sick leave, refundable annual credit, team-building activities, birthday day off, and a chance to grow with us.As a Lead Engineer (Installed Apps), you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our classic C# desktop applications while supporting the M365 migration strategy.This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team mentorship during a pivotal transformation period.You will oversee daily operations and coordinate work across a distributed team (multiple time zones).You will lead release management and escalation handling for enterprise customers, conduct performance reviews, career development, and team capacity planning, mentor engineers, provide coaching, and support professional growth, participate in recruiting and hiring, collaborate with product management, facilitate technical discussions, architecture decisions, and cross-team collaboration, manage customer relationships, define architectural designs, build compliance frameworks, design backward compatibility strategies, implement performance monitoring and reporting systems, plan technical debt reduction, develop API integration patterns, develop and maintain desktop applications using C#/.NET, WPF, and Win32, build Office Add-ins, architect email client solutions, integrate authentication and enterprise security features, optimize multi-threaded applications, work with REST APIs and cloud services, maintain legacy codebases, and guide modernization efforts.This would make you an ideal candidate if you have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience working in Windows desktop development with C#/.NET, including hands-on work with WPF, WinForms, or Win32 APIs, 3+ years of experience building Microsoft Office integrations, 3+ years of experience working with enterprise authentication systems, 3+ years of experience working with email protocols, 3+ years of experience working in team leadership/management, 2+ years of experience working with installer/deployment technologies, cloud integration experience, Office 365 / Microsoft 365 add-in development, enterprise security implementations, experience with document management system integrations, experience with high-volume file processing and synchronization systems, and advanced English Level is required for this role.
