What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Recruit leadership positions for clinical operations in the Northeast
Develop relationships and identify areas of opportunity to add value to the hiring process
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to challenge assumptions and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
Serve as a subject matter expert in labor market data and competitive intelligence
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly for high volume and hard-to-fill roles
Proven experience in sourcing and hiring leadership positions
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (degree is highly preferred)
Strong understanding of labor market data and recruitment strategies
Experience using an enterprise-level applicant tracking system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Strong consultative and coaching skills
Experience presenting to groups and executives
