OTTO is one of our core tools, a powerful automation engine that streamlines SEO implementation and integrates directly with client websites and CRMs.If you thrive at the intersection of SEO, project management, and client success, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a global team of implementation specialists to deliver successful client onboardingOversee end-to-end SEO platform implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specManage enterprise onboarding, resolving complex technical and strategic challengesOptimize onboarding processes, SOPs, and playbooks for scalability and efficiencyTrack key onboarding KPIs (time-to-value, satisfaction, churn risk) and report on team performanceRequirements3+ years technical SEO expertise (site architecture, on/off-page SEO, integrations)3–5 years' experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation project managementProven leadership skills in managing and developing high-performing teamsExcellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficiency with project tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira) and CRM/tag systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GTM)Strong analytical and process improvement mindsetSalary & Benefits$3,000-$4,000 per month/depending on your location and skills/experience15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid OffOur Recruitment ProcessStep 1:Initial screening call with our recruitment teamStep 2:Assessment to showcase your skills (if applicable)Step 3:Final interview with our Hiring ManagerLife at Search Atlas GroupWe are committed to fostering a healthy work-life balance, innovation, and a collaborative, inclusive culture—no matter where you work.
