InComm is a global leader in the payments industry with over 30 years of experience and a presence in 30+ countries.We revolutionize global commerce through innovative payment technologies for retailers, brands, and consumers.The role involves working closely with IT Delivery leadership and stakeholders to provide strategic planning for various project requests.This position requires someone who is comfortable in a technical setting, communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.Responsibilities include investigating fundamental business needs, process frameworks, and supporting technologies, assisting stakeholders in defining project scope, working with IT resources to define functional approaches and high-level scopes of work, identifying and documenting business risks, impacts, and mitigation options based on requirements, effectively defining and presenting project requirements and process flows via various formats, securing business and functional requirements approval from business and technical stakeholders, writing test cases and coordinating with development/QA teams to ensure business requirements are met, coordinating with project managers to meet BA deliverable expectations and schedules, providing team members, stakeholders, and project managers with concise and accurate status updates regarding progress and action items, scheduling, participating in, and leading discovery meetings, capturing detailed notes/meeting minutes from discovery and review calls, and managing multiple assignments simultaneously.Requirements include minimum 0 – 2 years of business analysis experience, Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience, strong analytical skills, ability to productively work both independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with a team on larger efforts, effective written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office tools, familiarity with project management methodologies, exposure to IT spaces related to order management systems, data processing tools, or infrastructure services, remote work opportunities, annual bonus, health/dental plan, life insurance, hardware provided, educational support, and career growth opportunities.This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills and expertise in business analysis, working in a dynamic and innovative environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business success through effective project delivery.We're looking for a talented professional who shares our passion for innovation and excellence, with a strong desire to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
