Overview
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.
You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.
The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.
Responsibilities
Support hiring and talent sourcing efforts and participate in talent hunting and people operations.
Assist with administrative processes and coordinate tasks across HR/operations.
Engage with business needs and, when appropriate, communicate with clients directly.
Work with autonomy to solve problems and contribute to process improvements.
Collaborate in a dynamic environment and learn new skills continuously.
Qualifications
Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); residing in Florianópolis – SC; interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
Nice-to-haves: Prior administrative or service-related experience; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree; soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
Employment details
Contractor (PJ) role with competitive compensation – R$2.5K (potential increase to R$5K after 6 months).
Work with international clients and standards; opportunity to grow as a leader; possibility to move between teams.
English-speaking team; 2 weeks of paid leave per year; national holidays; paid parental/marriage leave.
All expenses paid for training, conferences, and online courses; remote work; health care plan available.
