In addition, we need someone who works well with others and is self-motivated.
Duties and Responsibilities can include the following:General housekeeping of all maintenance areas including refrigeration systemComplete required paperworkComplete and log tasks as requestedBattery changing and maintenanceEquipment inspections, as requestedGeneral maintenance including painting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance inside and outside of the facilityThe Job SpecificsLocation, Department and Work Hours: Maintenance, Hours VaryReports To: Assistant Chief Engineer and/or Chief EngineerTravel Amount: 0-10%Job Type, EEO, and Job Code: Full-Time, Non-Exempt EN CWhat We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have or be able to complete the below qualifications.Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalentExperience: Previous warehouse maintenance preferred but not requiredKnowledge of general hand and power toolsPrevious residential maintenance experienceBackground in preventative maintenanceOther Abilities You Will Need to Have: The requirements described below are representative of those required to perform the essential duties of this position.
