Brand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional)We're looking for a highly motivated team player to join our hungry squad as a Brand & Marketing Designer.Remote-first (worldwide applicants welcome) with compensation set based on agreed hours / work scope of part-time role (flexible).Part-time freelance (5–20 h/week) with clear path to full-time within 12 months based on impactReports to Founder/Marketing/Head of DesignAbout The OpportunityWe're building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market.We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.What You'll DoOwn day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assetsEvolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfacesTurn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets)Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per weekBuild reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers)Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight, moodboard, concept, production, iterationMaintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serveWhat Success Looks LikeEnhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS, asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests, and a cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.Who You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house), with exceptional taste, refined typography, layout discipline, and a deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI.Bonus Points if You...Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling)Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops)Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first)Have experience building componentized design systems for marketingThe OpportunityStart part-time freelance; earn your way into a full-time seat in = 12 months through results.Ship work that's seen by millions, not buried in decks.Direct access to founders; zero bureaucracy; ownership from day one.What to IncludePortfolio with 6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing (ads, LPs, campaign sets, brand work)For 3 highlights, add 2–3 lines on goal, your role, outcome (metrics if possible)Short note on brands you admire in AI/SaaS and why (2–3 bullets)Optional: a *****s Loom walking through one projectHow to ApplyEmail: ******Important: Share your LinkedIn and portfolio.If you're serious, add the optional Loom—personality matters#J-*****-Ljbffr
