About the Role We're looking for a Rider Dispatch Strategy Lead to join our Fulfillment Operations team at Keeta Brazil. This role is all about real-time strategy and innovation. You'll take ownership of our dispatch logic, improve KPIs like order completion rate and ETA, and drive pilot projects that shape the future of delivery.You'll be part of a high-impact task force focused on experimentation and execution, bringing structure to chaos — and speed to our network.What You'll Do Own dispatch performance and continuously optimize fulfillment KPIs (e.g., order completion rate, ETA);Design and refine dispatch strategies for scenarios such as slow food prep, order bundling, and peak-hour congestion;Lead pilot projects and field experiments to test and scale new dispatch models;Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure strategic alignment;Be an active member of the Rider Task Force — focused on innovation, testing, and fast implementation in the field.What We're Looking For Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable turning data into insights and action;Solid business acumen and the ability to balance efficiency, cost, and user experience;English communication skills;Comfortable in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.Why Join Us Be part of a core team building something from 0 to 1;Work in an environment that values speed, ownership, and impact;Fast experimentation culture with direct influence on real-world results;Exposure to cross-functional teams, international projects, and senior leadership;High autonomy, high visibility — and even higher potential for growth.Ready to jump in?
