OverviewInformation Technology Manager role at LEDN.LEDN is a global financial services company focused on digital assets.We offer lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.We are a remote-first company with a global team and are looking for a manager to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.ResponsibilitiesBe customer-facing and the first line of support; own support for employees via tools such as Slack and Jira.Procuring and delivering technology equipment; own the tech onboarding of new employees and tech retrieval for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents and issues; balance help desk tickets and prioritize effectively.Work on projects over sprints and document work in Jira; apply agile methods and sprints.Set and work to objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn (Qualifications)7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; working with APIs to integrate systems.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; ability to handle hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication across all media; ability to convey ideas clearly and assist users under pressure.Strong documentation skills and ability to craft clear tickets, emails, and Slack messages.Security-minded approach; understanding of PGP, networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching; knowledge of OSI model troubleshooting.Self-management with the ability to scope projects, prioritize, and collaborate across multiple teams.Strong organizational and task-management skills; comfortable operating in ambiguity.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.Culture and BenefitsLedn offers a comprehensive rewards package including equity and remote work eligibility; employees can work remotely up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).Equal opportunity employer; commitment to inclusivity and diversity; accommodation requests during recruitment are handled confidentially.Additional InformationWe are a global, remote-first team with applicants spanning North America, Latin America, Europe, and Africa.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response; we may review publicly available social media activity relevant to the role.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
