OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Ledn is a remote-first, global team that values integrity, progress and empathy.The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate will support end users, manage endpoints, automate identity and access management, and administer cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated success in similar roles within security-first, rapidly growing environments.The role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer-facing IT support and act as the first line of assistance for employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools.Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding for new employees and retrieval for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.).Contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Respond to and resolve critical incidents; manage tickets and prioritize work; participate in projects over sprints using Agile methods (Jira).Set and pursue personal objectives aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open-source tools (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and workflows in Okta; API integration experience.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; knowledge of hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Strong communication skills; ability to write and convey ideas clearly in tickets, email, and Slack.Proficiency in troubleshooting, macOS enterprise management, and security best practices.Self-management skills to scope projects and collaborate across teams; comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.Nice to HavesSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces.Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: leadership mindset, empathy, accountability, and ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.What We OfferComprehensive total rewards package, remote-friendly with up to 180 days of remote work worldwide (restrictions may apply).Competitive PTO and company ownership through equity.A purpose-driven career with opportunities for growth in a globally distributed team.Inclusive, diverse, equal opportunity employer; accommodations available on request.We are an equal opportunity employer.Due to high application volumes, only qualified applicants will be contacted.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response and we may review publicly available social media relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters, and we do not accept unsolicited resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
