Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist Role SummaryThis role's primary responsibility will be to oversee the talent selection process, executing all operational steps involved.These tasks may include scheduling interviews, interacting with candidates via email, WhatsApp, and phone, reporting collected information, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.Besides task execution, the person in this role will also be expected to think strategically, focusing on delivering operational efficiency and scalability.The ideal candidate should be able to execute while challenging the status quo, automating repeatable processes, streamlining workflows, optimizing cross-functional handoffs, reducing service-level agreements (SLAs), and improving candidate experience.Main Responsibilities:Operational Execution: Manage all candidate-related operational steps, including communication, scheduling, and coordination.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining consistent productivity and quality.Organization & Documentation: Maintain structured, accurate, and up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field.Experience: 3–6 years at Operations within digital business, or Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, at a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Organization & Prioritization: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and competing priorities.Process Orientation: Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.Benefits:Amazing work culture (Super collaborative & supportive work environment)Awesome colleagues (Surround yourself with top talent from leading companies)Competitive compensationFlexible working hours
