Job Title: Endpoint Management Team LeadJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our endpoint management team in maintaining and securing corporate devices.This remote position requires a leader with a focus on automation, efficiency, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of engineers providing technical guidance and career developmentOversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for endpoints using NinjaOneDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeEnsure endpoints meet compliance requirementsDevelop and implement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships with endpoint management solution providersRespond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issuesCreate and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processesCollaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesMonitor endpoint health metrics and implement improvementsCoordinate patch management cycles and ensure timely deploymentRequirements:2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasksDeep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementExperience maintaining compliance with security frameworksStrong troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skillsAble to work independently in a remote environmentWhy You'll Thrive Here:This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in endpoint management to drive business growth and success.As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on our organization's security and compliance posture.
