Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with the organization\'s goals, and ensuring the recruitment process efficiency.
Responsibilities
Execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational needs and objectives.
Collaborate closely with diverse hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent requirements.
Promote our employer brand to attract top talent.
Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the selection process and talent acquisition programs.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis and are responsible for people-related HR documentation.
Demonstrate independence and resilience in navigating complex recruitment challenges, ensuring a resilient approach in all aspects of talent acquisition management.
More about you
You have at least 5 years of recruiting experience (IT company or global company).
Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-complexity positions (technical and non-technical roles).
Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
You seek to make an impact by attracting and hiring the very best talent in the market.
Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
You are a proficient user of both written and spoken English.
You have excellent organizational skills.
