Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for executing our talent acquisition strategy, aligning with our organization's goals, and ensuring the recruitment process is efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize tools and processes in recruitment with full independence, staying up-to-date with recruitment technologies to enhance user experience.
  • Proactively suggest and propose improvements to current tools, processes, and practices, supporting team members and sharing knowledge cross-vertical.
  • Take over impactful positions and work on new talent markets from scratch.
  • Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and ensure effective collaboration throughout the hiring process.
  • Onboard new hiring managers and implement improvements, covering multiple Divisions, Departments, and Verticals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and promote talent acquisition topics.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for talent acquisition programs or projects, leading execution in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Understand and promote the organization's employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal or external partners to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the end-to-end selection process, TA programs, or projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in talent acquisition strategies.
  • Mentor new team members, support, and guide them on relevant topics.

Requirements:

  • Experience handling full recruitment cycles.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or above) and Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Dynamic and receptive to people, working in a hybrid model (3 days at the office per week).
