the position will lead Site HR partners, Talent Acquisition team and HR Generalists.Position will be part of the LALT – Latin America Leadership Team and will report to a Global Senior Director.As part of the team, there will be 1 Talent Acquisition, 2 HR Site Managers How You'll Make an Impact Work closely with local leadership to improve work relationships, build engagement, increase productivity, attract, and retain talents.Build and sustain trusted advisor / partner relationships with business / function leaders in Brazil and Mexico.Partner with LATAM Senior Director and local senior leaders to align HR processes, policies, procedures, and strategic talent plans to global / regional standards and unique business / regulatory needs Support Global HR partners (GHRPs) to capture learning development needs and requirements within geography; align and deploy local programs with global guidance / frameworks to ensure consistency Collaborate with local leaders in talent identification and review, workforce and succession planning, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and change management.Ensure effective performance management process, through the good use of performance evaluation system, seeking transparency and increased efficiency and productivity.Oversee the implementation and completing of Performance Improvement Plans and corrective actions.Support managers during the disciplinary process including development of action plans.Partner with Operations, Center of Excellences (COEs), Global Process Owners (GPOs), and Global HR Partners (GHRPs) as needed to provide feedback on HR program communications and changes.Partner with local leadership, Site HR partner teams, and other HR teams to understand local employee engagement survey issues / feedback and monitor actions plans and results, focusing on engagement and sustaining best practices.Provide guidance to COEs and GPOs for labor unions and legal regulations for benefits / compensation negotiations / contract administration Enable HR integration / collaboration with other country HR leaders to share knowledge / best practices and drive continuous improvement Manage Talent Acquisition and Site HR partner resources in Brazil and Mexico and ensure HR services are delivered in accordance with local laws regulations and employee experience expectation outcome Ensure local recruiting processes comply with laws, data privacy regulations, and labor union requirements Act as HR lead for building relationships with labor unions and managing complex labor union issues;
