CEO—acting as a critical liaison between leadership and the production team.You'll support sales operations, client relationship management, reporting, and project coordination across marketing Success & Relationship ManagementLead client onboarding experiences, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to implementationAttend strategy meetings to capture client objectives and translate them into actionable plansProactively manage client requests, creating clear task assignments and communicating completion statusTake ownership of client retention metrics and contribute to account growthHandle day-to-day client communications while escalating strategic decisions appropriatelyData Analysis & ReportingGather data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Ads PlatformBuild and maintain client-facing reports that tell clear stories with complex dataEnsure dashboards remain accurate and reflect real-time campaign performanceTransform raw data into actionable insights that clients can understand and act uponProactively prepare data summaries to eliminate last-minute "go find this" requestsNavigate advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions to extract meaningful patterns and trendsProject Coordination (Wrike)Create and manage Wrike tickets based on client requests and sales communicationsCustomize Wrike blueprints for new project launchesParticipate in daily 8:30 AM production coordination callsDeliver weekly production status updates to stakeholders and clientsMonitor project timelines and proactively communicate potential delays or issuesMaintain organized project documentation to reduce unnecessary team questionsSales Support & Meeting PrepPrepare comprehensive pre-call materials for new business and client meetingsReview previous call notes and organize relevant background informationCreate meeting checklists to ensure all necessary data and materials are readyManage post-call action items and track completion through to resolutionSupport contract processes through DocuSign and maintain accurate recordsSchedule and confirm client meetings across multiple stakeholdersRequired Skills & Qualifications3+ years in sales support, account management, or client services rolesHubSpot CRM expertise: Deal creation, custom properties, pipeline management, and reportingAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data visualizationProject Management: Proven experience with Wrike )Marketing Analytics: Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Ads ManagerData storytelling: Ability to simplify complex metrics into clear client communicationsClient retention experience: Track record of maintaining accounts and identifying growth opportunitiesExcellent communication: Strong written and verbal English skills with professional presenceTechnical RequirementsProficient in HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Ads
