This range is provided by AiPrise.Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$25,******/yr - $35,******/yrAbout AiPrise AiPrise (YC S22) is a global compliance infrastructure company helping financial institutions and fintechs - including banks, cross-border payment providers, stablecoin companies, and marketplaces gain a 360° view of the businesses they onboard.Through a single integration, AiPrise provides access to 8,000+ local and international data sources and an orchestration layer that connects to 80+ verification partners worldwide.The platform goes beyond basic registry checks with website analysis, document intelligence, UBO and parent-company insights, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring, helping teams make confident decisions and stay aligned with regulatory expectations across jurisdictions.The Role We're hiring an SDR based in LATAM to build outbound pipelines, generate qualified meetings, and help scale our presence across Latin America.You'll work closely with the Head of Sales and target fintechs, payments, marketplaces, and compliance-intensive verticals throughout the region.ResponsibilitiesProspect into target accounts across fintech, payment providers, marketplaces, and regulated companies in LATAMBuild + execute multichannel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)Research, qualify, and prioritize leads aligned with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)Book and coordinate meetings for AEs, ensuring smooth handoffLog and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRMRequirements1–3 years experience in B2B sales development or SDR role (SaaS, fintech, or related)Proven track record booking meetings with mid-market or enterprise clientsStrong communication, tenacity, and coachabilityComfortable working cross-culturally in English + Spanish (Portuguese a plus, depending on markets)Based in Latin America, with ability to sync US/LatAm hours and occasionally travel to regional eventsCompensation Base: $25,000 – $35,000 USD Variable: $10,000 – $15,000 USDSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at AiPrise by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
