Our organization is undergoing a significant transformation by building an AI-centric operating system for the utilities sector, leveraging AI at the enterprise level to drive customer satisfaction, optimize power delivery and enhance grid resilience.Key ResponsibilitiesFront-end development: design and maintain applications using React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences.Back-end architecture: create and implement APIs, services and distributed systems in Golang, adhering to industry best practices.AI integration: collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models into back-end systems, guaranteeing outputs are production-ready.System modernization: transform legacy codebases to cloud-native best practices, enhancing scalability and efficiency.Security & compliance: ensure all services adhere to stringent regulations, implementing secure coding practices to prevent data breaches.Required skills:Excellent English communication skills.5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environments.Strong proficiency in React, Python and either Golang, Node.js or Java.Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-moving teams.Basic proficiency with AI/ML tooling.Solid understanding of databases, message queues and distributed architectures.Cloud-native engineering experience.
